We ship all packages out on Monday or Tuesday by UPS to ensure packages arrive in the timeliest manner possible.

Due to an extremely busy December all orders must be made by November 18th, 2022 to ensure delivery before we cease taking shipping orders in December.  We will resume shipping on the second week of January 2023.  

If you are shipping our products as a gift please notify the receiver that you are doing so and when they should expect the package.  Not doing so can lead to packages being left outside for too long and can lead to spoilage.  Boyd's can not be responsible for shipments not opened and refrigerated in a timely matter.

All out of state orders that have a transit time of more than 3 days, may require additional shipping charges for expediting the package to ensure the quality of the product.

Currently our website offers shipping to all United States except: Florida, Hawaii, Alaska, Arizona, California, Oregon, Texas, and Washington. If you live in any of those states please email us what you are interested in getting, your exact address and we will find out if your specific zone is accessible in 3 days or if you would need to pay extra for shipping to ensure our product gets to you in good quality.

All of our products have been fully cooked, sealed and frozen before shipping.  We will package your order with gel ice packs to ensure products reach you in quality condition. Please refrigerate or freeze our products upon arrival.  If products have slightly thawed they are still safe to refreeze.

Please double-check your address for correct delivery.  We are not responsible if an incorrect addresses is submitted to us. It must be a home or business street address.  We are unable to ship to PO Boxes.

Boyd's Bologna and Smokehouse is not responsible for shipment delays caused by the shipping company or weather related issues.

RETURN POLICY:

We are unable to accept returns of food products due to USDA regulations. Please use the tracking information you receive via email to file a claim on your own behalf with the shipper.
